一、Product Introduction

This instrument is designed to measure the impact value of coarse aggregates for road construction, such as crushed stone and gravel, to determine their resistance to instantaneous impact or collision. The test shall comply with the JTG3432-2024 Highway Engineering Aggregate Testing Code.

二、Technical Parameters

1、Measuring cylinder	Inner diameter 76mm, inner height 51mm, wall thickness 3mm
2、Shock Cup	A circular steel cylinder with an inner diameter of 102mm and an inner height of 50mm, featuring a tempered inner surface.
3、Tamping rod	The steel bar has a diameter of 10mm and a length of 230mm, and one end is hemispherical.
4、Impact Hammer Weight	13.75Kg±0.05Kg, the lower cylinder diameter is 100mm, the bottom edge is chamfered 1.5mm, and the surface is hardened.
5、Impact Hammer Drop Height	380±5mm。
