一、Product Introduction

This machine is mainly used to measure the abrasion rate of stone.

The machine mainly consists of cylinder, iron, sealing cover, bracket, spindle, gearbox motor, counter and other parts.

二、Usage Method

1、Before the test, it is necessary to check whether the line is in good condition, and pull the drum with the hand to see whether the rotation is normal (according to the direction of the arrow of the drum rotation), and adjust the counter to zero.

2、Load the crushed stone and steel balls into the cylinder, seal and tighten the screw. Start the instrument and rotate 500 times before stopping, and remove the sample.

3、Use a circular sieve with a diameter of 2mm and a square sieve with a side length of 1.6mm to remove the stone chips from the sample. Wash the remaining broken stones with water and dry the constant weight. Accurately weigh the mass.
