The cement unified test mill is an essential equipment for cement plants’ laboratories to determine the grade of cement clinker and conduct chemical analysis of clinker. This machine can also be used to grind other materials.
This test grinding tool has the advantages of compact structure, convenient operation, simple maintenance, reliable performance, good dust-proof and sound insulation effects, and automatic stop controlled by a timer.
Main technical parameters:
| Mill speed: | 48r/min |
| Loading capacity of grinding media: | 100kg |
| Power supply voltage: | 380V |
| power frequency: | 50Hz |
structure
This test mill consists of four parts: the hood, the mill, the support, and the electrical control box.
Housing: The housing is composed of cold-pressed steel plates and is divided into upper and lower parts. The upper housing is equipped with a housing door, and the lower housing has a material take-out hopper that can hold the ground materials. The housing and the mill shaft are sealed with an end cover with a felt ring, so the housing plays a good sealing role in sound insulation and dust prevention.
Grinding mill: The grinding mill is composed of a cylinder, a mill door cover, bearings and bearing blocks, a coupling, a gear reducer, a driving reducer, an electrical control box, etc. The base of the grinding mill is equipped with 4 F14 anchor bolt holes for fixing the entire set of equipment.
Electrical control box: It is composed of buttons, a combination switch, a thermal relay, a time relay, a combination switch, etc. Users can freely adjust it according to the grinding fineness of materials. The mill door can only be opened after the grinding mill stops. If the mill door is not aligned with the shell cover door, use the inching switch to inch and align it.
Working principle
A certain number of grinding media are installed in the mill cylinder. The crushed materials are poured into the mill door, and the motor is started to drive the mill body to rotate. When the mill body rotates, the materials are mixed with the grinding media. Under the action of centrifugal force and the friction force generated by the cylinder wall, they are carried to a certain height and then fall freely under the action of gravity. The falling grinding media impact the materials at the bottom to crush them. When the mill body rotates, the grinding media also slide and roll, resulting in friction between the materials and the grinding media, thus grinding the materials into powder.
