I、Product Introduction
The TDSN-SHR2 type cement heat of hydration tester (dissolution heat method) is designed in accordance with the relevant provisions of the national standard GB/T12959-2008 “Determination Method of Cement Heat of Hydration”. It is applicable to the determination of hydration heat at any hydration age of medium-heat Portland cement, low-heat slag Portland cement, ordinary Portland cement, slag Portland cement, pozzolanic Portland cement, fly ash Portland cement, etc. This instrument can also be used for other cement varieties when the dissolution heat method is specified for the determination of hydration heat.
The TDSN-SHR2 type cement hydration heat tester is a dedicated device for determining the hydration heat of cement by the dissolution heat method. It is proposed based on the Hess ‘Law of thermochemistry, which states that the thermal effect of a chemical reaction is only related to the initial and final states of the system and is independent of the reaction path. Under the condition that the temperature around the calorimeter is constant, unhydrated cement and cement that has been hydrated for a certain age are respectively dissolved in a standard acid of a certain concentration. The difference in the heat of dissolution is measured, which is the heat of hydration released by the cement within the specified age.
