The CXRF6160 X-ray fluorescence oil sulfur analyzer is mainly used to detect the sulfur content in oil products. It adopts the principle of energy dispersion and is environmentally friendly by itself. Its repeatability and reproducibility both comply with the relevant requirements of the national standards GB/T17040 and GB/T11140, and fully meet the requirements of the more stringent standard D4294-02. The price is only a fraction of that of imported instruments.
The main uses of the X-ray fluorescence oil sulfur analyzer:

- The fluorescence intensity ratio relative comparison analysis method is adopted, with automatic correction for temperature and atmospheric pressure, and the carbon-hydrogen ratio (C/H) can also be corrected.

- The single sample stage is placed on the guide rail slider and can automatically enter and exit as instructed, with very accurate positioning. When waiting for sample analysis, it automatically extends outside the machine body, making it very convenient to place samples and replace oil-proof components.
- The instrument has a large data storage capacity, and the content analysis results and calibration working curve parameters can be checked at any time.
- Thermal printers are adopted, making it very convenient to change the printing paper and eliminating the need for printing ribbons as consumables.
- Oil leakage is strictly protected. The sample cup is placed on the oil leakage prevention component and only enters the detection system together during sample analysis. During non-sample measurement periods, the oil leakage prevention component automatically moves outside the instrument to strictly protect the detection system from oil leakage contamination.
- Safe X-ray protection measures: The detection system of the instrument is surrounded by strict protective measures to prevent X-ray leakage, ensuring no X-ray ionizing radiation harm to individuals or groups.
