1. Introduction to the Instrument
1.1. Instrument Principle: The CXF-VIII Silicate Chemical Composition Rapid Analyzer is a multi-element rapid analyzer developed based on the principle of photometric analysis. According to the linear relationship between sample concentration and reading, the linearity is optimized within the range conforming to Beer’s law, making the determination results of samples more accurate.
1.2. Instrument features: The CXF-VIII silicate chemical composition rapid analyzer adopts a unique method of linear expansion and sensitivity improvement, which solves the problems of traditional photometric methods, such as the deviation from linearity when analyzing high-component contents and poor sensitivity when analyzing low-component contents.
1.3. Applicable industries: The CXF-VIII silicate chemical composition rapid analyzer has significant advantages in the systematic analysis of the silicate industry. It has been applied in thousands of companies in industries such as ceramics, refractory materials, cement, glass, geology, and non-metallic minerals (including research institutes and universities), and has entered the international market in batches, receiving unanimous recognition from a large number of users.
