The YG6000 X-ray Fluorescence Calcium Iron Analyzer is a new type of microcomputerized benchtop instrument that uses a purely physical analysis method. It is designed for cement plants and can quickly analyze the percentage content of CaO and Fe2O3 in white raw meal, fully or semi-black raw meal, clinker, and cement from rotary kilns, shaft kilns, and precalciner kilns within 30 seconds. This provides timely data for ingredient control. Due to its fast analysis speed (30 seconds), it can monitor changes in composition during the production process in real-time, facilitating timely adjustments to the raw material ratio and laying a solid foundation for producing qualified clinker and cement. It can also be used to analyze the percentage content of CaO and Fe2O3 in limestone, clay, iron powder, fly ash, coal gangue, brick blanks, and other mixed materials, providing quality data for incoming raw materials. In addition to the building materials industry, it can also be used in any situation where the percentage content of CaO and Fe2O3 needs to be analyzed.
The instrument features a large-screen LCD display, full Chinese menu prompts for operation, and intelligent error alarm prompts, making it extremely user-friendly. It does not require any chemical reagents, produces no waste emissions, contains no radioactive sources, and has low power consumption, meeting environmental protection, energy-saving, and safety requirements.
It can directly measure the content of calcium carbonate, calcium oxide, and calcium hydroxide.
