The first in China to launch an upgraded and next-generation product of calcium-iron analyzers, this single unit can replace both a calcium-iron analyzer and a sulfur analyzer, making it suitable for use both before the mill and after the kiln in cement plants.
YG6300 X-ray Fluorescence Sulfur-Calcium-Iron Analyzer is a new type of microcomputerized benchtop instrument that adopts pure physical analysis methods. Used in cement plants, it can rapidly measure the percentage content of SO₃, CaO, and Fe₂O₃ in raw materials, clinker, cement, gypsum, etc., within 30 seconds. Due to its fast analysis speed, it enables real-time monitoring of changes in these three components during production, facilitating timely adjustments to raw material ratios and laying a solid foundation for producing qualified clinker and cement. In particular, measuring the percentage content of CaO in finished cement allows cement manufacturers to produce cement of a specific grade with optimal clinker usage—neither excessive nor insufficient—creating significant economic benefits for cement enterprises. Determining the percentage content of SO₃ and CaO in finished cement enables manufacturers to predict the strength of the cement and the setting time of concrete mixed with it.
Equipped with a large LCD screen, fully Chinese menu prompts for operation, and intelligent error alarm prompts, it is extremely user-friendly.
Analysis precision: Standard deviation S SO₃ ≤ 0.04%, S CaO ≤ 0.10%, S Fe₂O₃ ≤ 0.05%.
Fast analysis speed, providing the percentage content of SO₃, CaO, and Fe₂O₃ in 30 seconds.
No chemical reagents required, no waste emissions, no radioactive sources, and low power consumption, meeting environmental protection, energy-saving, and safety requirements.
