Sulfur-Calcium-Iron Analyzer Cement Plant X-Ray Fluorescence Sulfur-Calcium-Iron Analyzer This cement element testing instrument represents an upgraded successor to the newly launched calcium-iron analyzer. A single unit replaces both calcium-iron analyzers and sulfur testers, suitable for use both before grinding and after kilning in cement plants.
The KL3300 X-Ray Fluorescence Sulfur-Calcium-Iron Analyzer is a new microprocessor-based desktop instrument employing purely physical analysis methods. Designed for cement plants, it rapidly measures the percentage content of SO₃, CaO, and Fe₂O₃ in raw materials, clinker, cement, gypsum, etc., within 30 seconds. Its high-speed analysis enables real-time monitoring of changes in these three components during production, facilitating timely adjustments to raw material ratios. This lays a solid foundation for producing qualified clinker and cement. Specifically, determining the CaO percentage in finished cement enables cement manufacturers to produce qualified cement of a specific grade without overusing or underusing clinker, generating significant economic benefits for cement enterprises. Measuring the SO₃ and CaO percentages in finished cement allows manufacturers to predict cement strength and the setting time of concrete mixed with that cement.
Featuring a large LCD screen with fully Chinese-language menu prompts and intelligent error alerts, the instrument offers exceptional user convenience.
Analysis Accuracy:
Standard Deviation
S₂O₃ ≤ 0.04%
S₂CaO ≤ 0.10%
S₂Fe₂O₃ ≤ 0.05%
Rapid analysis delivers percentage content results for SO₃, CaO, and Fe₂O₃ within 30 seconds.
Requires no chemical reagents, produces no waste emissions, contains no radioactive sources, and features low power consumption—meeting environmental, energy-saving, and safety requirements.
